We are sorry for the issues you have incurred after us misspelling your email address. While we take great care to get all details correct for any bookings made over the phone, we do sometimes get it wrong. If our system notifies us of a delivery failure, we ensure to rectify the email address immediately with the client. if our system continues to try and deliver the invoice email, we are unfortunately not aware of any issues until the email has timed out as it will show as "sent" on our side.
We always give our customers their booking reference number for their reservation, which they can also use to view their booking online on our website while waiting for the invoice to come through.
