Thank you for sending this feedback, regarding your recent trip to Jersey. I have had a look into your booking, made via our website for a short break in May. I can see correspondence being sent to the attached email address (week prior to your trip) this would of been your final holiday details, so I am unsure as to why you haven't received. I have also checked our email inboxes and not found any correspondence from yourselves to us at any point. I apologise if the transfer company were late to collect you on your return journey, you could of contacted us at anytime to chase this and we would of helped, but can also see you did not call us. Please accept my apologies if you believe our customer service to be inadequate, I wish you had made contact via the telephone if you thought your emails were being ignored and we could of then provided some service to you.
