Never washed and the jumper has already gone bobbled and looks very worn as a result. Had to keep calling as wasn’t notified re delivery in store.

I returned an item the same day and it took 2 1/2 weeks for my refund to be processed after endless emails to ask for it. This has put me off buying online at jigsaw.

Thank you for your review and we do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused I have looked at your account and can see this was refunded 27th for you they do take 10 working days excluding weekends to process the refunds. I apologise again.
