Helpful and friendly service. My parcel never arrived and they tried to sort it. Unsuccessful as stuck at Post Office sort8ng office.

I returned the dress but am still awaiting my refund…it’s been nearly 2 weeks and I would have thought I would have received my refund.

The real issue is not the refund, though I am not sure why the item is not marked as out of stock if it is not available, the real issue is that the 'contact us' system did not work. You must address this if it does not function.

Beautiful clothes, tricky to return from Australia. Unfortunately the coat I bought was too large. Because they use DHL NOT Australia Post hard to return.
