You are welcome Vikki. We were going to contact you to highlight an issue you may not even aware of re the resort bookings. As you know we were delighted with the support etc provided by your company.
Regarding the resort admin hub however, there were a couple of things.
The staff issuing the tee off and buggy documents weren't the most welcoming. We can cope with that, but each time they would query whether we had to pay the buggys. Had all your communications but it usually meant a 10 minute wait while they "checked" and became annoying.
Lastly, the last tee time we were given was 339pm, given the duration the rounds take on courses that we felt were overpopulated and quite slow, we couldn't finish one round. Realise this is out with your gift but thought it would be useful for you to know to continue supporting your future customers. Lastly (!) there is a 3 euro fee per golfer for each round , we were only charged it for one round so I'm not sure if this was included in your pricing and they double charged or if we benefitted from their oversight (suspect the former).
Anyway please regard this simply as feedback to support ongoing great service and we will be happy to go through your company again.
