Who can leave a Feefo review?

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for taking the time to feedback on your trip to the hotel at La Manga Club. I know that you booked with Karen our La Manga Club resort expert and she has fed back to you. As a director of Just Resorts, I would like to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused whilst you were in the hotel. In the unlikely event that this ever happens again and you feel you are not getting a satisfactory response from the hotel, I would urge to you contact us directly on our 24 hour emergency number and we can then we can deal with the issue and ensure that the problem is sorted out with minimum inconvenience and cost (or no cost) to yourself. The vouchers was an oversight on the hotels part and I have been informed that this was refunded to you shortly after your return. Thank you once again and we do hope you decide to visit La Manga Club again in the future.
