I encountered the following issues:-
1. Missold an insurance by Sales stating that policy is effective immediate .
2. Claims handler than accepts and guides for the claims.
3.Then the Claims team denies claims stating that Terms and conditions needs to be referred even if Sales team mentions otherwise..
Query is why do you have to use Sales team if customers are expected to read all the T&Cs.
