It is with regret we can confirm in the current climate more and more fraudulant transactions are being made. All requests for additional security are sent via email within 24hours of the order being received and when looking into your order we can see the email was sent within this timescale. I cannot be sure why this was not received by yourself and apologise this caused a delay with your despatch. Again we thank you for your feedback and will certainly look into ways our security measure can possibly be improved.

Thank you for your feedback. It is our understanding flow rates can usually be improved using a water pump, however we would recommend you check this would be suitable for your situation with your plumber.
