board turned up with incorrect fins, missing the leash and the wax as purchased as a bundle. and arrived late. very disappointed as we leave for our sur trip tomorrow.

Hi Alex, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your order was dispatched on a next day service on the 14th October and DPD attempted delivery on the 15th October at 12:41. A calling card was left and an email notification was sent by them. The delivery was reattempted and successful on the 18th October at 1331. As discussed in online chat last night, your order placed was for the board only and the bundle for the leash and wax was not selected, therefore not dispatched. https://www.kites-and-more.com/products/sic-maui-dark-horse-vortex The fins included are those supplied by the manufactuerer. We are waiting on images from you as to how these do not fit. We look forward to hearing from you.
