Harris Vinkwik Re-Start Yeast Vinkwik is a well established trusted name in the home winemaking industry and has now been updated by using one of the best premium yeasts available. The new strain of yeast can ferment up to 18% abv and has a high tolerance to ethanol, making it the perfect choice of yeast to use when trying to re-start a stuck fermentation. Although the yeast will perform best in the temperatures of 20-24C (68-75F), this strain is capable of fermenting between 10-35C (50-95F) due to the added weight it gives due to high glycerol production. All sachets are foil lined and are nitrogen gas flushed before filling, ensuring the highest quality yeast upon opening.
