Youngs All Purpose White Yeast

Used this product qyite a few times and never been disappointed. So I stick with what I know.

Again I normally use "Youngs" yeast for my wine making because I've found it to be reliable. I've yet to use this batch for this years brewing but expect it to be as good as normal, finding a cheaper

The Elderflower wine is bubbling nicely. It'll be a year before I taste it.
