A dark, hoppy brew very much in the style of a strong English ale. It doesn't have the taste, strength or colour of any barley wines I've had from commercial breweries and I'd say it's closer to Fulle

Very tasty Ale. Takes 3-4 days to Fermentation and another 10 days of secondary Fermentation in bottles before it's ready. 15 -20 days in a barrel. It improves with age. ABV varies between 4.5 and 4.8

Bubbles like the best of them, plastic is clear and feels sturdy. Comes with a red cap too. Functions extremely well.

Really nicely contained glass thermometer, with a plastic holding cap on top so you can touch without affecting temperature readings. Very sensitive to temperature changes and starts moving instantly.
