Give good results for what I use it for

Good tasting easy to brew. Transfer to 5 gallon barrel, then take a jug each day and enjoy an evening.

Same as the bever Shiraz when brewed I mix 50/50 in barrel and then take a jug every day to enjoy each evening.

This is an epic brew. Forget the instruction, this bad boy needs a month in the primary fermenter, 2weeks minimum in secondary then at least a month to age. If you have patience to wait all that time,
