Just what i needed.for pressuring the barrel.

I used the pectolase after fermentation which is not ideal. I double dosed the demijohn and it helped a little bit against the other similar demijohns. I will be using it before fermentation next time

it's a good Yeast go off very fast

It's a really good product nice wine

Always makes a great cider, best to wait 6 months after bottling for vintage quality.
