I've always used campden tablets during my home wine making, these are in a quantity for price that's much better than my usual source.

I've often used "Youngs" yeast in the past because of it's reliability. Finding a supplier who's competitively priced is a bonus.

Superb ingredients, well packaged, clear instructions, brewed one last year it tastes great. This time I've added coriander seeds, home made marmalade, 1 kilo sugar and extra hops to give it Christmas
