Don't forget fermentation is a natural process and it does go wrong sometimes, we can only help if we are told of the issue. I checked our emails and can't find any from yourself.
Did you check the hydrometer readings ? as this is the only way to tell what is happening to a wine during fermentation.
sometimes a good stir can rally a wine kit, sometimes its needs more yeast.
Was it just 1 kit out of the 2 purchased ?
