Did you check the hydrometer readings ? as this is the only way to tell what is happening to a wine during fermentation. sometimes a good stir can rally a wine kit, sometimes its needs more yeast. Was it just 1 kit out of the 2 purchased ? As you are a regular customer we will send a different replacement kit out Sorry for the problem, but contact us next time, before any hasty decisions are made
