Item arrived in good time and in good condition. Had a slight problem with the delivery vehicle as it couldn't get very close so we had to use a smaller vehicle to transport the item home.

No problems however you should be able to deal in Euro's without a third party over the top service charge!!!!!

Thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback on your order. Sage Pay are the third party company we use to process transactions and they do just that; they charge us a fee to process cards but we don't pass this on to our customers. I've been looking into the conversion charge you paid for your product; our Financial Director believes this will have come from your bank (as it's them who would have to convert from Euros into GBP). We are a UK company and while we also accept orders from Ireland the vast majority of transactions are for customers using sterling, which is why this is only currency shown on site. Didn't know until after I placed my order that the item I wanted wasn't actually in stock. This delayed the delivery Over a week but was still good to get it eventually and at a good price.
