Whilst Lawnmowers Direct were responsive and helpful, their delivery service (UKmail) were poor, disorganised/inept and could easily have lost the package.

Excellent customer service. Lawnmower was out of stock at time of ordering due to popularity but I was kept updated throughout the process and it arrived a week later boxed and ready for self assembly

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about the problems you've had with your Bosch shredder. I hope you received the email I sent this morning? If you believe your shredder is faulty, please get in touch with Bosch directly who will collect free of charge from UK mainland addresses and look at your machine under warranty.
