Lawnmowers Direst provided a courteous and efficient service. Just one small grouse. I was told that my payment would be processed on dispatch of the item, whereas payment was actually taken some time

On the one hand, shockingly bad for delivering a mower that leaked a stream of petrol due to their own faulty assembly. On the other hand, they sorted it out quite quickly with a replacement mower.

Staff were very helpful, although the delivery courier damaged the mower it was replaced without any issue. The courier was obviously a "budget" outfit
