As mentioned in my email I'm really sorry that you had to wait so long for this product; it's really very unusual. We're in the process of reviewing our stock monitoring systems to make sure this doesn't happen in future. It seems the kits had also been incorrectly labelled at production level, and we were unaware until we received your return.
