Thanks for the review Vernon, and it is a shame that there was a mix up on the alloys for your car - this is highly unusual. We did specify the alloys required with our dealer, but there was an error made. This was straight away resolved for you with our dealer ordering the correct alloys with no charge to you.
Still, not an ideal experience for you I appreciate, so my apologies. Sometimes it is when things go a little wrong (very rare for us thankfully or else I would be even more Grey!) that you get to find out what sort of service is on offer, and I feel confident that with the dealer, we have provided a five star response to this human error.
