Grahame, I am pleased our service was great, but I am really disappointed to hear of the problem regarding your Sat Nav - This has literally just hit my desk 5 minutes ago following your call with Alex and I was sad to hear of this issue > Your requirement was for the radio to be disabled, and I have investigated with the dealer, who thinks one wire too many must have been pulled when taking care of this request for you. Either that, or with the looming becoming more technical, it is no longer as simple as pulling an FM/DAB cable.
I also understand you now have this resolved, but if you advised us when the problem was noticed we could have had our national network of audio engineers instructed to come out and put this swiftly right for you. This still remains an option, and if we can do anything else please let us know?
