Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear you are disappointed with the after sales service you received. Once you reported your disappointment with one of your sofas we organised an inspection through an independent third party. The back cushions were inspected but no manufacturing fault was identified but rather they needed redressing and regular maintenance. With every order placed with us customers receive a guide on how to maintain furniture with the order confirmation email, this details how to look after sofa cushions. Whilst we appreciate you are disappointed, we are confident we have acted within the consumer act.
