The vehicle delivered to you, was returned with new damage to the nearside front tyre, that was not present upon delivery, as shown in your rental agreement. Hello, We have tried to contact you on multiple occasions with no luck. Our alloy charge is set out within the charge table on your rental agreement and the LCH terms & conditions. Upon delivery of the vehicle, there was no damage noted to the alloys or tyres. Additionally, at the start of the hire, you were offered to reduce your excess in the case of any damages, and it was declined at the time. Whilst we are sorry to hear about your negative feelings, there is nothing more that LCH could have done in this case, but do hope you return to us in the future.
