First of all when I got the car it already had a lot if damage and then when it was picked up I was accused of damage I definitely know I didn't do.

Hello, thankyou for your feedback however if you look at the email informing you of the damage, it does not say that we are charging you as we are only just assessing the damage to determine if it is new or not. In any case, our driver noted this as new but we can confirm this has been polished out so we are not charging you for this.
