Hello, We appreciate that the termination of the hire vehicle was not ideal but please understand this is done as we are asked to do so by the breakdown company ( RAC ) and its not LCH making the decision ourselves. When the hire is ended, we need to ensure the vehicle is collected as swiftly as possibly and 6 hours is quite a lot of notice to give however we do understand this may not feel like enough from your perspective as a customer driving the vehicle.
