Hello, We are sorry that you feel you were not informed of congestion charge however as with your own vehicle, this is something that you as a driver are responsible for paying. Again much like your own vehicle if this is not paid, you get a fine and in this case we have received the fine and passed the cost onto you. The administration charge is made clear on the bottom of all of our emails and on the rental agreement signed on delivery.
Having listened to the call recording that took place at the start of the hire, you WERE informed that you needed to pay for the congestion charge on the vehicle however perhaps you may have mis heard this. None the less, we are sorry that you feel this issue that is not really LCH's fault but more TFL's has lead you to leave this negative review for us as it seems everything else during the hire went smoothly.
