Hello, We believe the issue you faced is relating to UBER of which unfortunately we have no control over. UBER changed their insurance requirements and do not accept our insurer. We can hear that you were advised this by the agent at the start of the hire over the phone but it sounds as though there may have been some confusion and possible mis-understanding.
