Hello, We are sorry to hear that you feel we have been rude and we have unprofessional management however our senior board have personally reviewed your claims and are comfortable that you were handled and spoke to in a very professional manor considering the circumstance. Those circumstances include but are not limited to; - Refusing to hand our vehicle keys back to us at the end of your hire previously - Receiving charges and not settling the amounts owed to LCH - Dangerous driving well in excess of multiple speed limits - Aggressive and erratic behaviour towards our staff members - Personally threatening to certain staff members - Sourcing our team's personal social media channels and using this to intimidate them At LCH we have a 0 tolerance policy towards this kind of behaviour and as such we have since banned you from hiring with our company again. We are sorry to see you feel in your feedback that our prices are high but may we remind you that nobody forced you to hire with LCH. You were sent the prices before paying or committing to anything and you chose as a customer to hire from us. We wish you all the best LCH
