Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us this review and I'm so sorry to hear that you have had this experience with our recipes. If this is the first time your little one has tried these recipes then we would always recommend making any dietary changes gradually, so that they can get to the new smells and textures of the recipe. Sudden changes to the diet can cause tummy upsets. So, if you are either changing to a different recipe or changing to a new food, it’s best to introduce it into your dog’s diet bit by bit over about a week. Start with a mix of 4/5 of your current food to 1/5 of the intended recipe. If your dog is more sensitive to dietary changes this may take longer. Again she sniffed it and walked away, didn't smell very nice, when I opened the tin. Looked like it was off too.

I would like to reassure you that we would never knowingly send out damaged items, as each box is picked and packed by hand so this would be spotted and removed from any orders. Sometimes, when the box is dropped flatly or travels with something heavy on top, this can impact the contents without damaging the outside.
