Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. I'm so sorry to hear that you feel this way. Our promotions run between set times and we cannot extend, backdate or apply them retrospectively. Unfortunately, it will always be the case that some customers place an order just before or after a promotion and I do appreciate how frustrating this must be. In regards to the free storage tin, the code DOGTIN or CATTIN does need to be applied at checkout under the promo code section to redeem this offer which is valid until the 17.11.2023.
