Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. I'm so sorry to hear about your previous experience with recipes arriving damaged. I'd like to reassure you that we would never knowingly send out damaged items, as each box is picked and packed by hand so this would be spotted and removed from any orders. Sometimes, when the box is dropped flatly or travels with something heavy on top, this can impact the contents without damaging the outside. I can see that you have previously emailed us regarding this, and I would like to assure you that your feedback has been passed onto the relevant teams.
