Had high expectations of the food but our dog didn’t like it. It’s more expensive that your standard every day food, so expected my dog to love it but she wouldn’t touch it. Dissapointed.

Hi Marina, thank you for taking the time to leave us this feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that your little one wasn't too keen on our recipes. When changing your dog’s diet, it is important to transition them over properly. With our recipes, we recommend starting with a small amount of the new recipe mixed in with your dog’s existing food, and gradually increasing the proportion of the new recipe (while decreasing the old) over a period of 9-14 days until you are feeding only the new recipe. As a very experienced dog owner we did do the transition slowly but she just turned her nose up at the biscuits and the meat. Our other 2 dogs wouldn’t eat it either, so was really dissapointed. .
