A lovely product, quick delivery. There was a sticker on the invoice saying there was a small free toy enclosed: there wasn’t, but it didn’t really matter as we are really pleased with the item.

Thanks, but the coat wasn’t free, I paid for it, but I do understand your meaning now. Just a little confusing at the time. As I said, it honestly didn’t matter at all anyway - we are delighted with the product: it is of excellent quality. Thankyou also for the catalogue - we would definitely like to purchase other items in the future.

The website is easy to negotiate. The products turned up the next day with texts from DPD all the way along so I knew when it was due.
