Directions of use Before hopping into the shower, scrub your skin vigorously from shoulders to toes with a heaped handful of body scrub (5 minutes minimum). Rinse thoroughly. Frequent use of bliss body scrub – lemon & sage will soften skin, invigorate circulation and prevent your clothes from being prematurely worn thin by craggy dead cell buildup on your knees and elbows.
