Dear Frances Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have checked and can view one booking was made at 19:16 on 06/09 and a second booking was then made at 19:26 the same date. Two bookings confirmations were sent and these were opened on 06/09. As we were made aware of the duplicate booking after the drop off date we must contact the car park and ask them to confirm which booking has been used and we can then refund the unused booking. We are awaiting a response from the car park and they have advised it may take up to 10 working days for a response and during busy periods this may take up to 30 days. As soon as we have a response from the car park we will refund the unused booking and contact you. We thank you for your patience whilst we deal with this matter. Kind Regards The Looking4.com Team
