Contact in Madeira good and transfers were good. A pickup by taxi at end of final walk would have been nice. Two hotels was disappointing. Dom Pedro and Encumeada hotels particularly poor and evening

The maps on the app didn’t work properly and the response from Macs was very poor. The notes were also poor and the only response was to advise me to purchase a guide book
