We were of course very pleased that you came back to us to order more Magneglaze panels. There is no excuse for the bad service you received with the second order. We understand everything you are saying, especially when you have a specific date for installing. 10 working days is a pretty tight delivery promise which we fulfil 99 times out of a 100. We were manufacturing flat-out during this period to meet pre Xmas orders.
I have made the factory and support staff aware of your comments.
We are constantly trying to improve our service. I'm aware that we fell short of our service commitments on this occasion.
If you read the comments from other customers, I hope you will see that we do not make a habit of this.
