Thank you for your response to our feedback system. We were obviously very disappointed to learn about your experience with this company. As you can see, all remarks are now in an open forum, and you can read the replies from other customers. As I hope you will also see, the vast majority of our customers are satisfied with the product and service, and ease of use of the web site, but we acknowledge that were difficulties in this instance. Since the beginning of October last year, up until the middle of March, we have successfully handled nearly 400 individual orders, and we are constantly striving to improve our performance in all respects. Please accept our apologies for this unfortunate series of mishaps in relation to your order.
