We know our timeframes have been longer than they should be and we're doing everything we can to speed our process up, we're sorry for the wait. I'm sorry you're unhappy with the cost of your renewal. There are so many factors that go into calculating the cost of your renewal like your pet's age, breed and location. A reason your quote may have been cheaper on a comparison site is that you possibly didn't enter the exact details of your cover like the excess amount and a new quote won't take any previous claims into consideration.
