Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I'm sorry you're unhappy with the cost of your renewal, there are lots of factors that go into calculating the cost of your renewal like your dog's age, breed and location. The price may change if you change your level of cover, your details, or if you take out a new quote which will ignore all previous claims.
