Like it says in the article you've shared, there are a number of factors that feed into the increase in a premium, including the dog’s age, breed and changes to our estimate of the risk of a pet getting ill in the future. Very poor communication. When putting a claim in for your pet takes them ages to get the claim sorted. Don't inform you on the progress on the claim. Would not recommend this company
