Policy was going to be renewed on an inappropriate tariff and getting hold of someone as painfully slow! The phone cuts off after you’ve been on hold for 30 mins and this happened to me several times!

We did it online, very easy to set up! Really happy knowing our dog is insured to the highest level he can be. Love the fact you can log into the online portal and look at everything.
