How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

There are so many factors as well as claims which go into calculating the cost of your renewal such as (but not limited to) your pet's age, breed and location. For the level of cover you have we consider this price fair, but the most important thing is that you have the right cover for you and your pet.
