The pocket watch I purchased seems to only work intermittently no matter how many times it's wound up. Although it looks great, it'd be far more useful if it actually told the time.

Hi Simon. I didn't use the watch for a good couple of weeks after the purchase and after using yourselves a couple of times and knowing that returns need to be made within 2 weeks of purchase I just assumed (perhaps wrongly) that any issue raised would just be rebuffed.
