Hi Paul. We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately sometimes on rare occasions errors are made and we do everything we can to resolve them. We did offer to send the correct item straight out to you which you declined so we refunded you each item you ordered as soon as we got the goods back. We have a quality inspection team that review all returns and they flagged up there were double creases on the trousers which looked like they'd been ironed. Therefore we couldn't agree to refund the postage it cost you to send back as we couldn't sell on the trousers you sent back. We strive for outstanding customer service so we do apologise that you felt the experience wasn't as you expected. We appreciate all feedback good and bad so thank you for taking the time to comment.
