We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We apologise for the issues experienced in the cancellation and refund of this order. We always attempt to ensure that all products are in stock and all payments taken are refunded as quickly as possible. Our admin system has been vastly upgraded in the last week so that stock issues should be far less frequent. In addition, as payments will only be taken at point of dispatch, any such issues would be resolved without payment being taken. Our apologies again for the inconvenience caused.
