Creatine is a must if you’re serious about building muscle. The only downside to this creatine is that one tablet is only 0.7g. The recommendation on the bottle is 4 a day, I end up taking 6 most days

Easy to mix

Delivered well packaged and on time. Purchased diet whey, as not in stock was offered diet gold whey. Mixes well, no lumps, good taste, not powdery.
