Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we're very sorry that you feel that you haven't received optimum service. We pride ourselves on fast dispatch and send out orders the same day if they are placed during working hours or the next day if the order is placed after those hours.
I can see from our records that your order was placed after we'd closed on Wednesday 25th. The order shipped on the 26th.
It was sent via economy delivery, the delivery method you had selected, which is the slowest delivery service and can take 10 working days or more to arrive in certain parts of Ireland. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands as it's due to Ireland's own postal service. We can usually deliver to the States quicker than some parts of Ireland because of this.
I can see that the review request was sent out too early to you and I have amended our review system as a result, however, there is an option to postpone leaving a review if you have not yet tried the product.
Having shipped on the 26th, and today being the 2nd, we're only on the 3rd working day of transit time. I am sorry that your order has not arrived as quickly as you expected, should you need orders more swiftly, we would suggest selecting one of our express courier options such as DHL.
