Hi Jessica, Thanks for getting in touch, though I’m very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the quality of your mirror. We take great care to ensure our product information pages portray items as accurately as possible for the customer. Regarding the finish of the mirror, our product photos are taken from a range of angles to help reflect what the item looks like in the flesh. For this particular item, the close-up images show that the mirrored glass does not go right up to the edge of the frame. However, you state that you cannot get the mirror to hang level without using blue tack. This certainly doesn't seem right and so we would like to investigate this further. You emailed us about the issue on the 03/03, for which we replied the same day. Hi, It is wonderful to hear that you are happy with the quality and style of the item! Thank you for your feedback regarding where this pot is made. We try to source from the UK wherever possible. For example, we stock a variety of cushions, prints and chairs that are all produced in the UK. However, to ensure we offer customers the widest range of quality, and unique items, at a variety of different price points, we source our stock from a range of locations. For this particular item, it was selected because of the beautiful dripping gold paint being applied by hand to each individual pot. We felt that this finishing touch resulted in a quality, yet affordable item, which we hope our customers love.
